About The Role
Are you an analytical and detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career in HR systems support? We are seeking a HRIS Support Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and scheduling systems.
In this role, you will provide first-line support to colleagues, maintain system accuracy, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with system configuration and training. As a valued member of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) team, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business, support key projects, and contribute to improving data quality and system efficiency. This is a remote working position with occasional meetings in Reading/London.
What you'll be doing
As our HRIS Support Analyst, you will be:
- Providing first-line support and resolving queries related to HR system processes and functionality.
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry to support payroll, HR, and operational functions.
- Investigating and rectifying system and data errors, escalating where necessary.
- Assisting with system configuration and delivering user training.
- Prioritising and managing queries to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Supporting data audits, data cleansing, and process improvements.
- Creating and maintaining user accounts, assisting with password resets, and ensuring data security.
- Collaborating with senior HRIS colleagues on projects and reporting tasks.
