Experienced Property Manager – Lettings (Newbury) | Future Business Owner Opportunity

With the lowest high street fees in the region, direct access to the business owner, and a commitment to saving landlords over 40% compared to traditional agents, we're redefining how letting should be done. Now, we’re expanding—and looking for ambitious property professionals to grow with us.

We’re seeking two experienced Letting Agents or Property Managers in the Newbury area who want more than a payslip—who are ready to grow their portfolio, work remotely, and earn equity in a business they help build.

What We’re Offering:

• 100% commission role that can expand into Company Director salary – You keep what you earn, no ceiling (50/50 revenue share) - Example 120 properties 8% margin, average rental £1300 = £62,400 + equity.
