We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutors to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of students. If you're passionate about helping children with unique learning needs and thrive in a personalised teaching environment, we want to hear from you!

Ideal Candidates:

1. Have experience in SEN teaching (Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, etc.)
2. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Able to adapt lessons to suit a variety of learning styles
4. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success
5. Qualified in education or relevant SEN-related fields (preferred)

This tutor role involves:

1. Planning lessons and resources around the student's needs. This could be in the core subjects or life skills.
2. Planning and delivering engaging sessions.
3. Applying skills to raise pupils' confidence.
4. Managing children with challenging behaviour.
5. Tracking the learning progress of the student to achieve their desired learning outcomes and providing monthly reports.
6. Potentially engaging in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature with the student.
7. Learning about visuals to communicate in some cases.
