Are you an enthusiastic Business Development Manager with knowledge and experience working in a CQC-registered home?

A well-known and forward-thinking care home service based near Sheffield would like to hire a talented Business Development Manager to expand their sector. Your primary role will be building and managing private clients and finding new opportunities with the private sector. This is an exciting position, where you would need to travel across the Sheffield and Rotherham area to meet prospective new clients.

£Competitive salary (negotiable, DOE)

Good CQC - Registered home

About your new role (some of your duties include, but are not limited to the following):

You will embody the company's care values and ethos.
You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, especially within the private care home sector.
You will be the company's face and voice when reaching out to potential clients to promote various services.
You will need to be an autonomous Business Development Manager and be well-driven to over-achieve targets.
You will undertake research to find and cold call potential private-sector clients.

Person Specification:

Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role (as a Business Development Manager working in a CQC-Registered home)
In-depth knowledge and experience of CQC home.
Proven track record of succeeding in a Business Development Manager role.
Ideally, be able to drive and have access to a car.
