For one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Agency Sales, UK - F/M, remotely from the UK.

As the Head of Agency Sales for the UK, you will lead the charge in developing and expanding partnerships with media agencies to drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers, educating them on the value of Sparteo’s solutions, and ensuring the success of our agency partnerships. You will work to identify new business opportunities, negotiate high-value deals, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to our partners.

Accountabilities:

  1. Drive business development by identifying and onboarding new agency partners within the UK market.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand revenue within agency accounts.
  3. Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (CSM, Product, Marketing) to maximize the success of agency partnerships.
  5. Stay informed of market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to product teams to refine Sparteo’s offerings.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of experience in AdTech/MarTech, with a proven track record in agency sales.
  2. Established network within the UK media agency landscape.
  3. Strong expertise in consultative sales, particularly with C-level stakeholders.
  4. Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, digital marketing, and data-driven strategies.
  5. Resilient and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
