An established industry player is seeking a Group Learning Consultant to lead the development of learning programs that enhance business skills and behavioral competencies. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to assess learning needs, design engaging online and face-to-face training sessions, and manage a Learning Management System. Benefact Group is looking for a Group Learning Consultant to join our Gloucester office on a fixed term contract.
As a Group Learning Consultant, you will manage the planning and delivery of behavioural, business skills, and line manager development for colleagues across the Group, working with business colleagues and Group L&D consultants to identify needs, source solutions, design, and deliver appropriate interventions across a range of learning methods and media.
