Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects

The Role: Employed as an Operations Manager, your duties will be focused upon Engineering, Quality & R&D. You will manage a team, ensuring the highest standards of product design and development, specification control, and adherence to ISO9001 standards. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining the reputation for excellence.
The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
