Consumer Goods - Change and Communications Lead

4 x Change and Communications Leads for a £bn Consumer Goods firm. Central London. Long Term contracts.

LONG TERM WORK - 6 month contract and likely 12 + months at client site.

A £bn consumer business is looking for 4 x Change and Communications leads on data-driven consumer and commercial projects. The business needs to put foundation data in place to prepare for implementing AI and Machine Learning tools globally. This is the second largest IT capex spend programme across the business. This is not an ERP change; it's a data and analytics programme where the business is standardising its approach to data across each business line. Change plans and communications content will need to be provided to each different line of business. The firm prides itself on producing excellent content.

This is a classic 'change and communications lead' role with deliverables which could be a number or all of the below:

  1. Change impact assessments
  2. Helping to write training plans
  3. Stakeholder management / engagement
  4. Mapping change and demonstrating change leadership across the IT and business estates
  5. Writing a communications plan and delivering this to the relevant teams
  6. Ability to produce digitally savvy comms such as Sharepoint, videos and content for the digital screens across this business

Would suit someone at SC/Manager/Senior Manager level in consulting or an experienced change lead from industry.

Mostly on-site in Central London (Mayfair) with 1-2 days from home over time though assume 2-3 days in office to begin with. Beautiful offices with rooftop bar! Looking for a professional who is used to this type of corporate gig.
