An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join their team in London. This full-time role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional support to individuals facing substance misuse challenges. Recovery Coordinator – Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week.
Located at the Claverings Ind Estate, London N9 0AH
As a recovery practitioner at ENABLE, you will play a role working closely with the NHS Trust dealing with the prescribing and psychosocial element of their service users. You will support the service in delivering first-class care to their service users.
A recovery coordinator is required to work as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to substance misusers (drug and alcohol) across all stages of individuals’ recovery journeys, from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.
Enable is a free and confidential service offering recovery-focused advice, information, and structured treatment to Enfield residents over the age of 18, who are facing problems with drugs and/or alcohol. We offer a range of clinical, therapeutic, and recovery interventions, including:
We will help people to improve their health including health & wellbeing sessions, BBV testing/vaccinations, and complementary therapy. This service is delivered in partnership with NLFT, formally known as Barnet, Enfield & Haringey Mental Health Trust.
