Service Care Solutions are working alongside an Independent Mortgage Practice who are looking for a talented CeMap Qualified mortgage advisor to join their developing team on a permanent basis. Please find a description of the role below.

Role: Mortgage Advisor.
Salary: £35,000-£40,000.
Location: Birmingham.
Working: On Site.

Role Overview:

You will need to hold CeMAP or equivalent, ideally CAS status also.
A proven mortgage sales record.
Ability to quickly develop strong client relationships.
Possess problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated with a commitment to succeed.
Uncapped monthly bonuses leading to very high rewards with first-year OTE £70/80,000+.
Leads will be supplied.
