The Company:

An independent Market Research agency that specializes in social research is looking for a Senior Research Manager to join their team. They are ideally looking for a mixed methods researcher with a strong background working on social/public sector projects within an agency environment.

This role sits within their community team coverage areas such as work & welfare, business & enterprise, health & wellbeing, and social housing.

The Role:

• Design high-quality questionnaires and guides.
• Produce insightful, in-depth, and publishable reports.
• Produce thoughtful, creative, and impactful presentations and deliver these to clients.
• Lead the efficient running of multiple projects through effective planning and prioritization.
• Be the first point of contact for the client, proactively ensuring that clients are kept up to date.

The Candidate:

• Experience conducting quantitative or mixed methods research projects from proposal through to presentation.
• A background in working within the social/public sector within an agency environment.
• Previous experience working at Research Manager level within a market research agency.
• Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
