Class 1 HGV Driver - Days

Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers to join our well-respected clients driving HGV 1 vehicles nationwide.
Drivers can expect to perform a number of different roles, but it will mostly include driving curtain-sided vehicles to various RDCs, delivering and collecting palletised goods. Minimal handball will be involved as most of the loads will be removed with forklifts.

Hourly Rate: The wage for this position is £15.90 per hour. Saturdays are paid at time + half. Sundays and Bank Holidays are paid at double time.

Working Hours: The work basis will be Monday to Friday with starts around 07:00.

Experience & Qualifications

Successful candidates must:

1. Hold a valid UK LGV C+E Entitlement licence.
2. Have previous commercial driving experience.
3. Hold a digital tachograph card.
