Money-Motivated Closers Wanted! Earn $150,000 - $250,000 per year.

Join our top 2% roofing company with multiple locations across multiple states. We are a fast-paced and diverse residential roofing company dedicated to providing high-quality home services with integrity and value. Our success is built on a premier customer experience, and we are expanding our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Representative to contribute to our mission of turning our customer's dreams into reality.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling roofing products and services to homeowners. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs, providing product and service recommendations, and ultimately closing sales. Leads are qualified and provided by the company, and there is no cold calling required.

  1. Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week
  2. Close sales and achieve sales targets
  3. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  4. Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services
  5. Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required
  6. Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our on-boarding process
  7. Attend regular sales meetings
Compensation:
  1. Expected monthly earning of $15,000 - $20,000
  2. On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00
  3. Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission
  4. Bonus opportunities and other incentives
Schedule:
  1. Monday - Friday, appointments are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm; Saturday appointments are at 10am
  2. Sales meetings are Monday – Thursday at 11am
  3. Work Location: Road Warrior
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of in-home B2C sales experience, preferred not required
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  5. Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
  6. Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
  7. Ability to work up to 6 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays
  8. Coachable and eager to learn
  9. Self-disciplined and money-motivated
  10. Proficient in using technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet)
  11. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
