Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on financial strategy, capital raising, and risk management within the infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Support the execution of financing transactions, including debt structuring, project finance, and capital advisory.
• Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence to assess investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative funding solutions.
• Assist in structuring sustainable financing arrangements, contributing to the transition towards a greener economy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or infrastructure investment.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, debt instruments, and funding strategies.
