HAIL Partners is pleased to collaborate with a prestigious Private Equity firm in their search for a Reward and Reporting Analyst to join their HR team. This role will work in close partnership with the Compensation and Benefits Manager, contributing significantly to the advancement and execution of data analytics initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the delivery of annual compensation reporting including rewards, salary ranges, incentive frameworks, pension schemes, benefit plans, etc.
Working with the Compensation Manager and HR team to carry out market research.
Working on HR Data to create necessary reports on Excel (using VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, etc).
Contributing to reward-related employee communications including creating and drafting materials.
Supporting on monthly and quarterly MI packs.
Skills and Experience:
Strong analytical skills with a proven record of producing complex, accurate reporting.
Experience in using Workday / HRIS systems, salary benchmarking tools, reporting tools, and advanced Excel usage.
