Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician role:

1. Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
2. Collaborate closely with architects and designers.
3. Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and construction methods.
4. Contribute to the seamless execution of prestigious projects.
5. Oversee projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

1. CIAT accredited or working towards accreditation.
2. Sufficient post-qualification experience (residential experience beneficial).
3. Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit.
4. Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
5. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a flair for innovative design.
