We are looking for two passionate individuals to step into an exciting role where you'll oversee and coordinate our team of Learning Support Practitioners within the Foundation Learning department. You’ll take charge of essential operational tasks such as conducting one-on-ones, managing return-to-work processes, and guiding the team through appraisals and other supervisory functions. Your role will be at the heart of coordinating daily timetabling, ensuring every student receives the support they need, and covering staff absences. Working closely with the Curriculum Area Manager and SEND team, you’ll help deliver exceptional, tailored support to learners with additional needs. Additionally, you will still provide hands-on support to learners, making a direct impact on their success.
