Requirements:


  1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong active listening skills.
  3. Empathy and patience in dealing with customers, with a focus on providing personalized and empathetic support.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
