What We Need:

As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

This is a PART TIME/FULL TIME vacancy, with shifts based over (ENTER DAYS), and a wage starting at £(ENTER AMOUNT) per hour!

Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple bookings, manage guest reservations, and provide an iconic welcome.
• Escort guests to their tables and introduce them to our cocktail menu.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including entryway and waiting area.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, setting up the host stand and organizing reservation books.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills to interact with guests politely and engagingly.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests.
• Positive and outgoing personality with a desire to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and address issues.
