Office Assistant/Administrator

Salary: 35k-45k DOE + Excellent benefits

Based in Stratford, London – 5 days a week

Our client:

Our client provides Rail Infrastructure solutions to major stakeholders and has developed a successful and professional business with an excellent reputation and impressive client base.

Due to continuing growth and success, they are now recruiting for an Office Assistant, a strong Administrator with drive and tenacity to progress in this role.

To be a successful Office Assistant, you will need:

  • Very strong Administration skills
  • Professional and organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner, able to be discrete and treat information with confidence
  • Driven and proactive with the ability to see things through to resolution
  • Excellent experience of Microsoft packages – Excel a must
  • Great attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn

The Role:

  • Always ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Organising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Handling business correspondence via email and phone
  • Executive team support as and when required
  • Research
  • Stock management
  • Time Sheet Approval
  • Contractor Invoices
  • Managing Audits
  • Other ad hoc duties
