WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

FULL TIME POSITION - 40 HOURS PW

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE WILL BE FOCUSED ON LEADING THE DISPATCH TEAM. THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED ON WORKING HOURS BETWEEN 2PM AND 10PM

Are you passionate about creating joy for your customers? We are looking for a warehouse team leader to join our warehouse based in Nottingham. You’ll be working with your team to create joy for our customers by achieving fast delivery times.

With almost 600 stores and our ecommerce site, the warehouse is a busy place! You’ll be a champion for health and safety, keeping your colleagues safe and creating an environment that promotes joy for our colleagues.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience managing a team, preferably within a warehouse environment. We're looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset, where the development of the team and people is at the forefront of everything they do.
