We are looking for a Skilled Fabricator/Welder, this position is permanent from day 1, you will be working for a leading UK manufacturing organisation based in Huddersfield producing high-quality units/cabinets.

To be considered for this Welder / Fabricator vacancy, applicants will have previous experience of Fabricating and welding with materials such as aluminum and mild steel, and knowledge of operating cutting and folding machines would be advantageous.

This Role requires reading engineering drawings and working with Stainless steel or similar materials.

What's on offer for our Welder /Fabricator

• Permanent position
• Days position Monday to Friday with optional overtime paid at a premium
• Pay: Negotiable depending on experience (£29 - £31,000)
• Production Bonus
• Tools provided

Duties of our Welder / Fabricator

• MIG and TIG welding of aluminium, mild and stainless steel
• Work with metals ranging from 1.5mm - 15mm
• Fabrication of brackets and racking systems
• Work to drawings

What we are looking for in our Welder / Fabricator

• MIG and TIG welding experience
• Fabrication experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Relevant qualifications are an advantage but not a deal breaker
• You must undertake a weld test prior to start and must live within commutable distance
