Job description

The role involves the fabrication of bespoke stainless steel and steel high quality pressure vessels for both the HVAC and process markets.

Ormandy Rycroft are a world leader of offsite and heat exchange solutions for all commercial and industrial sectors. The job would be based at our state of the art manufacturing facility, situated in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

The primary role will be the fabrication of stainless steel and steel pressure vessels. Candidates must be proficient in MIG and TIG welding processes of stainless steel and steel and have the ability to read and work to technical drawings.

Secondary roles include the use of other welding techniques, such as sub-arc and seam welding and the welding and fabrication of skids and frames, as well as skills in pipework fabrication.

The ideal candidate is expected to be dependable, conscientious and diligent, with attention to detail and an ability to be cross-trained.

Qualifications

Experience in coded welding, having carried previous qualifications to EN 287, EN ISO 9606 - 1 and ASME IX.
