Job summary
An established industry player is seeking a skilled Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to enhance agile delivery within their team. This role requires a strong background in Scrum practices, team coordination, and agile methodologies. Job: Scrum Master
Company: Large UK Defence companyRate: £400 per day inside IR35
Location: Bristol - hybrid
Contract: 3 month rolling contract
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
About the role
Seeking a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to support agile delivery within the SPISN team. Strong experience in team coordination, agile methodologies, and delivery oversight essential.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress and productivity.
- Ensure the Scrum framework is properly followed by the team.
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master
- MUST be currently DV Cleared
