Description

Key Responsibilities HR Advisor (FTC):

1. Global HR Support: Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation across multiple regions, ensuring best practices and compliance with local employment laws.
2. Advisory Role: Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues, offering advice on handling complex HR matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
3. Global HR Initiatives: Lead key HR programmes, including employee engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), and well-being initiatives to drive a positive workplace culture.
4. HR Processes: Manage the end-to-end HR processes, from onboarding and performance reviews to exit interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient employee experience.
5. HR Analytics: Provide insights and reporting to support data-driven decisions and improve HR processes, tracking key workforce metrics.
6. Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to support global recruitment efforts and ensure compliance with visa and right to work requirements where applicable.
7. Training and Development: Deliver training for people managers on HR best practices, employee engagement, and performance management.

Profile

What You'll Bring:

1. Proven experience as an HR Advisor (FTC), HR Officer, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced international environment.
2. Confident in handling complex employee relations cases and managing a wide range of HR issues across multiple regions.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
4. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills, managing multiple priorities effectively.
5. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience. CIPD Level 7 is a plus.
6. Experience in delivering training sessions for people managers and supporting HR projects.
7. Knowledge of employment laws in the UK, USA, Australia, and China (desirable).
8. Ability to work flexibly across time zones, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
9. Experience in Consumer Goods (CPG), Manufacturing and Production is not an essential requirement.
