Senior Radiographer / Mammographer

Brighton Hospital | Radiology | Permanent | Full Time

Up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on skill and experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Senior Radiographer / Mammographer at our hospital, you’ll bring advanced technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you’re caring by nature. As well as a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), you have a postgraduate qualification in mammography.

As a Senior Radiographer / Mammographer, you will:

1. Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload.
2. Work with leading practitioners in the department, on the ward and in theatre.
3. Experience new practices, equipment and facilities.
4. Develop policies, procedures and junior colleagues.
5. See each patient as an individual and operate with understanding and empathy.
6. Provide a service of the highest quality, with sensitivity and compassion.

At Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, we work with leading medical Consultants to provide first-class treatments and high standards of care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical and surgical conditions using the latest facilities and technology. We take pride in delivering high standards of patient care to both private patients and the NHS. Our facilities include 44 purpose built en-suite rooms, three operating theatres and an endoscopy theatre. Other facilities include physiotherapy, health screening, diagnostics and a dental suite. We are located in Woodingdean, on the east side of Brighton with easy access by rail and road, including free parking.
