About The Role

Located in London, you'll spearhead and oversee service and delivery operations globally, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow to maximise client satisfaction and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Organising and managing global client delivery operations across functional teams
  2. Ensuring the highest quality standards, client satisfaction, and effective cost management
  3. Determining future capacity needs and managing talent development
  4. Automating and standardising delivery processes in coordination with tech teams
  5. Refining service performance KPIs and generating insights for decision-making

What You'll Need

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management (project-based)
  2. Strong client relationship skills at executive level
  3. Experience managing intellectual services delivery teams, including offshore/nearshore
  4. Self-motivation with excellent communication capabilities
  5. Results-driven mindset with proven leadership qualities
  6. Knowledge of Private Equity, M&A, or Data services
