Location: North (Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire, North East, Tyne & Wear, Cumbria)

Salary: C£55000 - £60000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

We're looking for a Specification Sales Manager with experience selling structural glazing systems, specialised glass, windows, doors, skylights, curtain walling, facades, or other commercial building envelope solutions.

Covering a prime Northern territory, this role offers significant market potential for an experienced sales professional ready to drive new business and grow revenue.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    3. Commercial doors, windows, and skylights
  2. Building strong relationships with architects, main contractors, and specifiers.
  3. Driving business development and securing high-value project specifications.
  4. Delivering CPD presentations and technical product briefings.
  5. Spending at least 3 days per week in the field, actively selling and networking.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Experienced in Specification Sales, selling architectural or construction products.
  2. A strong network in the North, with contacts in commercial and industrial construction.
  3. A technical understanding of glazing, facades, or building envelopes.
  4. A results-driven mindset, with a track record of exceeding targets.
