Base pay range

This top London law firm is looking for a Learning and Development Assistant to step up into an Advisor position! This is a true generalist L&D role, exposing you to a wide range of duties to grow and expand your skills. You will be working alongside the heads of business support, and your responsibilities will include managing development programs for Paralegals and Lawyers, designing and delivering workshops and webinars, building relationships with external suppliers, acting as the point of contact through the L&D inbox, and more.

To apply for this position, you must have experience working as an L&D assistant in a law firm or another professional services setting. The role will pay from around £45K upwards depending on experience levels and offers excellent benefits and hybrid working.
