Personal Injury Solicitor – Bristol

This leading law firm is looking to recruit a defendant personal injury lawyer into its growing Bristol team. The work involves a real mix of work from fast track and multi track EL/PL to more complex areas including the opportunity to be involved in investigations and inquest work related to those claims.

Summary

• Title: Associate (NQ+)
• Location: Bristol
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Salary: to £65,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: Strong personal injury litigation experience from a defendant perspective. Any regulatory or inquest experience would also be useful but is not crucial.

Key Responsibilities

If you are an NQ Solicitor or anyone up to roughly 5 PQE and are looking for an exciting and varied role, this could well be of interest. You will run a caseload of EL/PL matters for a number of key corporate clients of the firm. These clients operate mainly in the life sciences sector.

Key responsibilities will include managing fast track and multi-track claims, providing expert legal advice, and contributing to team development. Furthermore, the role offers the opportunity of getting involved in other matters which may flow from the original claim. These may include HSE investigations, inquests and other regulatory aspects.
