What You'll Do:

  • Be your own boss – manage your time and schedule in a way that suits you.
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
  • Keep track of conversations and outcomes using our CRM.
  • Work alongside our sales and marketing teams to improve outreach.
  • Hit or exceed your monthly targets and get rewarded for great performance.

Who We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility, ownership, and rewards based on performance.

You’ll do well if you:

  • Have experience in appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing.
  • Are confident speaking to senior-level professionals.
  • Love working independently and managing your own time.
  • Have a goal-oriented mindset and enjoy hitting targets.
  • Enjoy the freedom of remote work but still want to be part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the research industry, agency-land and CRMs is a plus, but not essential.

Pay & Commission Structure

  • £1,500/month base salary + competitive commissions:
  • £50 per attended appointment
  • £100 for every lead that converts into a paying client
  • £200 performance bonus when you hit 10+ attended appointments/month

Your success = your earnings. The more you book, the more you earn.
