ZOT’s printed circuit division is a specialist resource for both low volume and mid-volume supply of high technology PCBs, PCBAs and full assemblies.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Zot Engineering Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, particularly cross-selling.

At ZOT, we place a significant emphasis on face-to-face relationship building. Therefore, there will be considerable travel required for the role, visiting customers, attending conferences and exhibitions. It is also important that we are organised, follow up on promises and internally communicate activities and pipeline values. The successful candidate will appreciate the value of CRM and proactively use the tool day to day.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• CRM conversant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Experience in B2B sales and business development
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
