Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager and as a pivotal part of our Digital Delivery team, this key role would not only manage projects for a variety of Software Development projects from prototype through to delivery, but alongside our Agile Lead, champion and advise best Agile practices to Ntegra’s clients, and if required, be hands-on in project delivery. The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced project manager with proven experience in working across multiple Digital, client-facing projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinating and championing collaborative working across the project team consisting of internal and external team members, ensuring they are motivated, on track and working well together.
2. Producing accurate and timely project reporting and KPI tracking to Ntegra’s senior leadership team.
3. Coaching team members and clients, facilitating continuous improvement and applying the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for their environment.
4. Proactively managing dependencies, overcoming obstacles and providing excellent client interaction whilst managing risks, budgets, and people.
5. Presenting updates on our client projects to internal stakeholders and at company All Hands meetings.
6. Organising and facilitating a wide range of meetings, ceremonies, and workshops (planning, retrospectives, kick-offs, etc.).
7. Challenging and improving organisational processes, hosting internal and external workshops.

We’re looking for candidates with...

1. Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
2. Good knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
3. Knowledge of other project management disciplines e.g. Prince 2.
4. Expert facilitation and workshop skills.
5. Self-motivated, driven and pro-active.

7. SC Clearance is desirable, must be willing and able to apply due to our work in the defence sector.
