• Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• Exposure to industry for 3+ years essential. Real Estate sector knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge specifically with complex group structures, corporate simplification and intercompany relationships is critical.
• Proven ability to improve the financial close processes in order to meet internal and external statutory deadlines and to enhance the presentation and reporting of financial results.
• Yardi would be an advantage but not essential.
