General Manager – Premium Casual Restaurant

Central London

Up to £55,000 plus bonus

This one’s all about energy, fresh food, and putting guests at the heart of everything. If you’re a high-volume operator with a background in premium products and a fast-paced environment, this could be for you.

As General Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for daily operations and financial performance. But more than that, you’ll be the driving force behind a strong team, creating an amazing guest experience. Ideally, you’ll have worked across both branded and independent restaurants – and if you want to make a real impact in a growing business, this is the place to do it.
