Care Support Worker at Spinetail Home Care (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Spinetail Home Care Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join its team in Watford. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals while ensuring accurate reporting of daily activities using the company’s system.

Ideal candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be committed to delivering exceptional care. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Position: Care Support Worker

Salary: £11.44 per hour

About the Role

IMPORTANT: VISA SPONSORSHIP ONLY FOR UK BASED CANDIDATES

We urgently require staff to help our clients in Watford, Pinner, Bushey, Stanmore, and Northwood.

We will pay 45p/mile between visits.

Responsibilities

1. Must be in the UK. Please do not apply otherwise, as your application will not be considered.
2. Must be able to drive own car with clean driving license.
3. Must be flexible.
4. Must be able to use company system to fill client reports and daily activities.
5. Must be good in written and verbal communication skills.
6. Must be able to provide personal care, meals preparation, companionship, help with medication and other light household tasks.
7. Company uniform provided.
8. Full training provided.
9. Opportunity to get free NVQ enrolment.
10. Free DBS check.
11. Visa Sponsorship available for In Country candidates ONLY.
