As our Lead Occupational Therapist (experience equivalent to Band 7), you’ll take on a pivotal leadership role, shaping and delivering a high-quality neurorehabilitation service. With support from our Head of Therapies, you will drive strategic development within the multidisciplinary team, ensuring a proactive and evidence-based approach to patient care. Leading a team of dedicated Occupational Therapists, you'll support their growth while ensuring that patients regain essential functional abilities for a meaningful, independent life. From conducting specialised cognitive and functional assessments to prescribing adaptive equipment and guiding safe discharge planning, your expertise will directly impact patient recovery.

Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
