Salary: £27,500 - £30,000

Hours: 7.30am – 3.30pm (some flexibility may be required) Monday - Friday

Purpose of the role:

Supporting the Supply Chain team to manage shipment of orders, ensuring the timely arrival of stock into our DC’s and the onward deliveries to customers. Liaising with internal departments as appropriate to ensure a smooth flow of deliveries through the business.

Main duties and responsibilities of Supply Chain Co-Ordinator:

1. Provide regular shipping forecasts to our freight providers and Distribution Centres.
2. Liaise with both own and 3PL warehousing facilities to ensure shipments are prepared effectively.
3. Obtain and check goods ready dates in line with sales orders.
4. Track vessel movements within Oracle-NetSuite ensuring these are updated as appropriate.
5. Provide costings and schedules for movements via train/air and arrange where necessary.

Experience / knowledge requirements:

1. Previous experience of warehousing administration, and international transport arrangements.
2. Experience of container shipment and understanding of Incoterms.
3. Highly focused approach and keen attention to detail.
4. Experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
5. Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite a distinct advantage.
6. Excellent organisational skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Demonstrable time management ability.
9. Proficient Excel experience.
