About the Role Tindall Riley & Co. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Advisor to join the HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Additionally, you will support the administration of employee benefits and contribute to global mobility operations, assisting with the coordination of international assignments and relocations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll administration, a strong understanding of benefits, and a keen interest in developing expertise in global mobility. You will play a key role in driving process improvements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that employees receive timely and accurate pay and benefits.

Your ResponsibilitiesPayroll- End to end management of UK, USA, DNK, LUX, GRC, SGP payroll. Will include preparation, processing and monthly validation using outsourced providers
- Process and report taxable benefits in compliance with tax and social security regulations
- Coordination of payroll disbursements
- Ensure compliance with tax year end obligations
- Primary contact for employee payroll queries and outsourced providers
- Deliver long term payroll approach; with a focus on standardisation and streamlining driving processes to drive improvements
Benefits- Administration of all employee benefit programs (including those relating to HR policies) such as enrolment, changes and terminations
- Primary contact for employee and vendor benefit queries
- Ongoing maintenance of employee data and benefit content on various platforms and matrix
- Work with brokers to manage policy renewals, monitor trends, and propose any changes
- Manage employee communications for any announcements or changes to benefits.
- Coordinate benefit seminars / presentations
Global Mobility- Handle global mobility operations; case manage the employee lifecycle during assignment, relocation, repatriation and remote hiring for the Group
- Maintain the Global Mobility policy’s accuracy and relevance by reviewing and updating as needed
- Consult employment tax and immigration experts on technical and compliance aspects of global mobility
- Partner with the business stakeholders providing specialist advice, expertise and guidance around immigration, mobility and employer responsibilities such as reporting obligations and permanent establishment
- Primary contact for all global mobility and immigration matters for HR and assist with resolving employee queries
- Arrange shadow payrolls and collate relevant data for year-end tax filings for assignees
- Maintain accurate and well organised records to ensure data integrity and compliance
Other- Assist in ensuring company compliance with all relevant employment, tax legislation, pension governance and regulation
- Leverage systems to produce routine reports and insightful metrics on compensation and benefits
- In conjunction with the Group HR team, develop, implement, communicate and maintain HR policies and processes and to ensure their consistent and open application
- Provide general and project support to the Group Reward Manager on Board / Rem Group papers, Annual Compensation Review and HR Transformation projects etc
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors and brokers carrying out regular service reviews
- Play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of HR services to the business
The responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and may be subject to change.About YouKnowledge/Experience- Significant years of experience of multi-country payroll processing is essential
- 2+ years of multi-country benefits processing is essential
- Experience with shadow payroll processing
- Experience with immigration, visa and sponsorship administration is desirable.
- Knowledge of payroll tax theory, principles, practices and applications (e.g. tax forms, notifications, monthly and annual filings etc.)
Qualifications/Education- Education to A-Level or equivalent
Skills- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel proficiency (Formulas, Pivots, V-Look ups etc)
- Experience with a HRIS
- Experience with outsourced payroll processing is essential
