• Is working towards or holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

We prioritise staff well-being by scheduling the majority of lessons before lunchtime. This allows Year 7 teachers the flexibility to utilise their Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time to leave early whenever feasible.
