Job Title: Senior Assembly Operative

Salary: £28,000

Hours: 8.30-17.30 Mon to Fri

We at Interaction Recruitment are working with our well-established business in Peterborough to find a Senior Assembly Operative/Team Leader to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out inspections of all products, listing any defects, repairing defects if possible, or returning to the manufacturing team.
2. Work on the assembly line and supervise assembly procedures.
3. Support the Engineering and Quality Teams in testing new methods, new samples, and new products.
4. Strip down new products to ensure parts are in line with specific tolerances.
5. Perform various duties within the manufacturing and assembly departments.
