Monday - Friday schedule

Experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry/manufacturing.
Capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults and reading electrical drawings.

Supervise a small team and provide electrical/mechanical maintenance.
Adhere to PPM/TPM schedules and respond to breakdowns.

Our client is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor based within their Machine Shop. This is a hands-on role, where you will lead a small team of 3 by example. Previous CNC experience is a must.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include:

Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 2 Engineers and 1 Apprentice.
Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak).
Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns.
Reading and working from electrical/panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level.
PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults.
Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery.

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate will:

Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry/manufacturing.
Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above).
Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc).
