My client is looking to build a world-class People Partnering team and is seeking to appoint highly commercial, strategic and innovative HR Business Partners to join their organisation who are high impact and can be future leaders.
Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives. You will enable a highly engaged and diverse culture and deliver the appropriate support in all areas including talent management, succession, development and leadership.
