Job Description

1. Lead and manage the FX Deal Capture IT team.
2. Oversee and implement IT strategies and solutions within the department.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
4. Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures.
5. Manage IT projects and ensure timely delivery.
6. Maintain a secure and effective IT environment.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
8. Report on IT performance and progress to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
