Our client, a leading marine company, is seeking a skilled Naval Architectural Project Manager to join their team. As a Naval Architectural Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing marine projects, ensuring their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee marine projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules
  3. Lead and coordinate project activities, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction
  4. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  7. Conduct regular project reviews and report project status to senior management
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in Naval Architecture and Mechanical Engineering
  2. Proven track record in successfully managing marine projects
  3. Strong knowledge of composite boat build, offshore technology, steel and aluminium materials
  4. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  6. Understanding of marine engineering principles and practices

Qualifications:

  1. BSc in Naval Architecture or related field
  2. MSc in Naval Architecture or related field (preferred)
  3. Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous
