Overview
The Role In A Nutshell:
An experienced strategic thinker with deep expertise across the digital landscape, specialising in influencer campaigns, digital content strategy, and end-to-end delivery - including briefing, production and content oversight, budget management and execution.
You will know how to leverage social content (from owned to influencer) to enhance campaign effectiveness. With a strong ability to build & maintain relationships with online influencers and agents, you proactively identify opportunities to upsell digital services. You will also be expected to identify emerging digital trends, providing clients with valuable insights and best-practice case studies to inform their strategies.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
- You will be the strategic lead on IM and Social client accounts and provide senior counsel alongside Directors on all strategic matters relating to the client and their industry.
- Guiding integrated accounts with strategic advice to wider teams, with a particular focus on delegation and briefing so that the team can learn, grow, and develop.
- Work with the Director, Social and Influencer to ensure integration of best practice IM and social planning/strategy into core accounts.
- Collaborate with team leads, Directors and resource manager to contribute to budgeting, staffing and service level decisions to ensure continued profitability. Uphold and cascade best practices for strong management of projects across the team.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and ability to sell in programmes with a strong influencer and social component, considering the IM and social dimensions of strategic planning.
- Develop proposals for client campaigns, including always-on social programmes, content creation, stakeholder programmes, social media campaigns, influencer and word of mouth strategy and events.
- Work closely with the IM and social, creative, UX and development teams to project manage work and oversee the quality-of-service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as their key expert counsel and implementer to aid organic growth.
- Work with planning and content teams to ensure content optimisation (organic and paid). Support business development and pitch preparation as required.
- Drive the team's achievement of key agency financial KPIs, focusing on securing new business wins and fostering the organic growth of influencer and social work.

- Shaping the direction of iconic global brands - developing & executing innovative social & influencer communications strategies.
- Experience building & executing influencer campaign strategies of all sizes & across multiple industries.
