The opportunity to join the LEADING Boutique Executive Search firm within the Digital and Technology space has become available for two individuals!

The Business – Executive Search Consultant

With a huge name in the Digital and Technology space, this boutique agency has an unmatched relationship with their clients and candidates, with regular networking events and meet-ups. This means you’ll be closer to your network than any other agency, giving you not only the best exposure, but also the best chance to develop those relationships on a personal basis.

You’ll specialise in sourcing the top CTO, CIO, and COO talent for your clients across the globe. Working with huge names you could have only ever imagined working with. The team don’t operate on a hierarchy model, but instead you all work together to deliver an excellent service. This isn’t one to miss out on!

The Benefits – Executive Search Consultant

  • Starting salary of £32k, rising to £35k after your probation period (6 months)
  • Additional bonuses throughout the year, taking your OTE to £50k in year one
  • Training delivered by the Directors of the business who have a combined total of 62 years in the Search industry

The Role – Executive Search Consultant

  • Sitting in on briefing meetings with your clients to gain a good understanding of their hiring requirements and how to sell the opportunity effectively
  • Researching the Digital and Tech markets and identifying the top talent in the CTO and CIO space
  • Creating a market map to share with your client, and identify the top candidates to approach
  • Manage the interview process with your team and ensure you are constantly advising and consulting your clients
  • Completing data analysis following any processes and using this information to educate your network
  • Creating reports for your clients based on success and challenges during the process

The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant

  • Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
  • Experience working in a client or customer facing role (internship, placement year, part-time work, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with high-level stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Naturally inquisitive and driven to learn and progress
