Service Delivery Engineer – CyberSecurity

We are excited to be recruiting for a Service Delivery Engineer / Consultant role working for an industry-leading cybersecurity company based in London, providing the opportunity to work remotely. Already well-established within the cyber-security sector, they have experienced rapid sales in 2023, which has opened up several career opportunities for cybersecurity professionals. This role is working within the dynamic and varied Ops team delivering an excellent service to clients while offering a clear path for progression and an exciting career trajectory ahead.

Location: Fully remote (must be UK based)

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum

Requirements for Service Delivery Engineer – CyberSecurity:

1. At least one year of commercial experience in a client-facing role with a cybersecurity focus (e.g., Consultant, Account Manager, Customer Support, Service Delivery).
2. Excellent academics including a 2.1 or 1st class degree in Computer Science or CyberSecurity, or a closely related subject.
3. Achieved at least ABB at A Level or equivalent UCAS points.
4. Strong knowledge within cybersecurity.
5. Good knowledge of network security.
6. Any experience in SOC is beneficial.
7. Brilliant communication skills – this role involves interacting with both internal colleagues and external clients.
8. A passion for working in a dynamic start-up environment where you will gain a breadth of skills.
9. A hardworking, self-starter attitude is vital given the start-up and remote nature of the role.
10. Thrive on problem-solving and have a passion for technology.
11. Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Active Directory.

Responsibilities for Service Delivery Engineer – CyberSecurity:

1. Manage client relationships.
2. Work on Security Roadmaps for Clients.
3. Provide post-sales technical support & troubleshooting of issues.
4. Perform IT administration and sysadmin tasks.
5. Engage in SOC focused projects.
