CNC Saw Operator

DBR Group, acting as a Recruitment Agency, are recruiting for an experienced CNC Saw Operator to work at our client based in Middleton who are a household name in the Industrial Industry.

This role is based on a 12-week Temporary to Permanent position.

Duties:

1. To operate a CNC saw machine
2. Ability to program CNC saw machine
3. To operate machinery in a safe manner
4. Loading and unloading the machine
5. Measuring materials for cuttings
6. To maintain machinery and local workstation
7. To load and unload various vehicles
8. To drive the FLT in a safe manner
9. To pick and pack orders to the quality assured standard set out by the company
10. To ensure the FLT to be driven is roadworthy and to inspect the FLT for operation and report defects in a timely manner
11. To assist with the loading and unloading
12. Attend warehouse briefings and debriefings (Toolbox Talks, meetings etc)
13. Loading and unloading vehicles safely using FLT/Manual Handling
14. Deal with internal and external customer service issues in a professional, friendly manner
15. Compliance with H&S rules and procedures
16. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
17. Wear uniform and PPE when required

Requirements:

1. FLT Reach Truck Licence
2. FLT experience is preferred but not essential, as full in-house training will be given

Hours:

1. Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm

Remuneration:

1. £30,000 Per Annum
