Senior UX Designer!

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to play a key role in designing a high-profile data analytics platform, focusing on harmonisation and investment use cases. You will lead the design process, working closely with Tech teams to create seamless user experiences and visually compelling designs in Figma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run workshops with stakeholders to understand user needs.
• Document findings and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Design 4 wireframes covering harmonisation, client value monitor, auditor template, and benchmarking use cases.
• Define and document user journeys to ensure intuitive workflows.
• Work closely with teams to align on design elements and embed within workflows.
• Liaise with the tech/product teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Ensure designs align with technical implementation standards and workflows.
• Support the development and testing phases, ensuring UI elements pass code reviews by a Tech SME.
• Work with teams to validate UI/UX during UAT, SIT, and integration testing.
• Ensure that all technical documentation is reviewed and approved.
• Figma-based UI/UX designs for a web application.
• Guidelines for scaling the platform and ensuring design consistency.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience designing data-driven applications, ideally within cloud-based platforms - please demonstrate this in your folio before applying.
• Ability to collaborate with tech and product teams to align on feasibility.
• Comfortable running workshops and gathering user insights.
• Previous experience in BI, data modelling, or analytics-driven UI is a plus.
• Understanding of UAT, SIT, and integration testing processes.
